Solid Ground Brewing is a 30 barrel production brewery founded in Diamond Springs, CA, committed to crafting both traditional and cutting edge beer and wine styles. The emphasis on creating not just another “Craft Brewery” in California, but formulating beers that push the boundaries of beer techniques. The young and restless two founders of this wonderful restaurant/brewery have the most extensive backgrounds in University degrees from U.C. Davis in Enology and Edinburgh Scotland in Brewed and Distilled science. Creativity abounds by using barrel aging techniques and blending wine into beer for harmonious hybrids. They remain true to the centuries of brewing traditions of continental beer styles. Their beers and their wines are what most local residents call “perfect”.
